total demand quantity: xx the property has a total of 50 radio stations. each radio station needs to implement audio recording and record all radios.

1. the mingdao recorder is deployed on the radio. mingdao recorders are available in 4, 8, 16 and 32 channels depending on the number of channels. customers can choose according to the actual situation.

2. a walkie-talkie corresponds to a recording channel of the mingdao recorder, and the audio line of the intercom is connected to the recording interface of mingdao recorder, and real-time recording of the walkie-talkie can be realized;

3. deploy a centralized recording management software to manage all walkie-talkie recorders.

● extension agency

the 4/8/16/32 walkie-talkie recorder is used to record the voice of radio stations. the data is stored on the local hard disk through voice compression, and the system hard disk and files are managed.

● headquarters control center

platform centralized management server: manages all walkie-talkie recorders, and has the management functions of the entire recording platform, including viewing the working status of the line, system parameter settings, query playing recording records, report statistics, rights management, real-time monitoring and so on.

storage backup server: provides synchronous backup and regular backup functions, and realizes simultaneous voice/data transfer or regular transfer according to a set schedule to prevent the risk of loss of recording data due to equipment failure at the business outlets.

the recording system is divided into multiple operation modules. the user can freely allocate these modules to the account, lock an account, restrict the operation of certain channels on the account, and set the validity period of the account. after the expiration date, the user cannot log in.

● multi-channel real-time recording

simultaneous recording of multiple telephone or audio lines (1-248 channels, the general recording system can only achieve 64 channels while recording), each line does not affect each other, respectively stored, does not affect the normal call of both parties, recording time only limited by disk capacity.

● efficient compression technology

the system has an optimized voice compression algorithm that can simultaneously record up to 248 lines and perform mp3 compression. after using the mp3 format, the recording space occupation can be reduced to 1kb/sec, which is 3.5mb/hour, effectively reducing the overall cost of the system.

● optimized write buffering technology

the system has its own special file format and good write buffer technology, making the system able to run freely under large capacity and large traffic.

● advanced hard disk management mechanism

the system can automatically manage all hard disk space and network storage devices (nas) of the operating system. it also has an automatic disk rewrite function and disk space alarm function. when the capacity is insufficient, the oldest recording file will be automatically deleted. the capacity of the deleted file is set by the user, and the maximum retention period of the recording file may also be set. when this limit expires, it will be deleted automatically, eliminating the need for manual maintenance.

● easy recording check function

the system provides a query condition generator, which can quickly retrieve recording records according to database fields. you can play any one recording or select multiple recordings in sequence to play. you can save the query results in excel to facilitate statistics and output reports.

● perfect backup mechanism

the system has a synchronous backup function. in addition, users can regularly back up important recordings at any time. backup devices can be used in parallel or in series. backup media include rewritable cds, dvds, mos, network virtual disks, and hard disks.

multi-channel remote auditing function, users can listen through the local area network, internet, query recording file operations, remote recording through the sound card in remote play, and real-time monitoring of any channel current call.

● accurate channel feedback information

the system has an incoming call display function, and can accurately determine the main callee. the user can obtain work status information of all channels, voltage, telephone number, recording time, status (break, call, idle, recording, etc.) at the local or remote place. unused, unused for a long time, etc.
